Well, I had a bit of a rough week, stress wise, so I decided to let my hair down this weekend.
I drank a fair bit of wine last night with friends... Not sure how much, but at least one bottle... :S That is a whole lot of calories... :S
Lets just say, as a result, I'm not feeling my best today and I may have had a bit of a pizza pig out to make me feel better...
I also missed two gym sessions, I was feeling pretty rubbish about the stress inducing situation (which I won't go into) so I just couldn't get into the gym state of mind.
Hopefully things will calm down a bit this week...
